Welcome! We are so glad to have you check out the ISM-WNY website! We are a part of ISM Global and currently have over 200 members in Western New York, from Buffalo to Rochester. ISM-WNY October Events

Our October 7 Supply Chain Breakfast at Canisius University featured Tim Wing, Managing Director of Global Customs Brokerage for UPS Supply Chain Solutions®. Tim’s presentation “Tariffs from a Parcel Delivery Perspective” covered the latest updates to De minimis Contraction, Dutiable Status, Entry Complexity, and fragmentation; as well as a timely discussion on E-commerce shippers and their exploitation of parcel shipper to dispose of undelivered packages.

ISM-Western New York was pleased to welcome Tim Trubits, LCB, CCS to our October 7 educational meeting at Agatina’s Restaurant in Rochester, NY. Tim’s program on Do’s and Don’ts of Import Compliance covered proper merchandise classification and HTS, CBP, ICP, and recent court rulings.
