Welcome to ISM-Western New York

Welcome! We are so glad to have you check out the ISM-WNY website! We are a part of ISM Global and currently have over 200 members in Western New York, from Buffalo to Rochester. We are always looking for member volunteers to get involved with our membership meetings, golf outings and other interactive events. A Night of Leadership, Service & New Beginnings!

Our July 8th Installation Dinner was a wonderful evening celebrating the outstanding volunteers and leaders who continue to make ISM–Western New York a thriving professional community.

We were honored to have Senior Statesman Tim Terrana, CPSM (Chapter President, 1999–2000) serve as our Master of Ceremonies as he officially installed Jim Austin, CPSM as ISM–Western New York's President for the 2026–2027 Program Year.
