Welcome! We are so glad to have you check out the ISM-WYN website! We are a part of ISM Global and currently have over 200 members in Western New York, from Buffalo to Rochester. We are always looking for member volunteers to get involved with our membership meetings, golf outings and other interactive events. Membership Meeting

Great night in Buffalo!

On April 16, ISM members came together at Big Ditch Brewery for a fun and informative evening with Lisa Scolnick, co-founder of Lean Systems LLC. Lisa gave a great talk on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) — breaking down how teams can track and improve performance on the shop floor.

We had a great time learning, connecting, and enjoying some local brews. Thanks to everyone who joined us, and a big shoutout to Lisa for sharing her time and expertise!
