ISM-Western New York: Dinner Meeting

We’re excited to welcome Michael Caceci, founder and owner of Excellerated Performance, LLC, as our featured speaker at the October Membership Dinner Meeting — an evening dedicated to learning, connection, and inspiration.

Aligning People, Process, and Strategy to Achieve Your Goals.

Organizations face unprecedented challenges in today’s post-COVID economy. These include constrained resources, holding the line on costs while improving quality and service, disruptive technologies such as AI, ever-rising customer expectations, many of whom can take their business elsewhere, and managing a multi-generational workforce with differing views of work-life balance, just to name a few.

Leaders need proven methods to achieve their strategic goals. It’s often said that people are an organization’s greatest asset. People create and implement strategies, design processes, and deliver results. Successful leaders ensure that all employees know how their performance, when aligned to business goals and supported by effective processes, drives business results. Great leaders combine strategy and planning with process improvement to create an environment where their people can succeed at every level.

In this presentation, ideas you will be asked to consider include:

·            Ensuring you have a strategy for sustained success.

·            Leveraging four success factors that determine people’s performance.

·            How to leverage the success factors to drive continuous improvement and process excellence.

·            Helping everyone see the value of aligning goals through strategic planning and execution.

Agenda

·            5 PM - Networking & Announcements

·            6 PM - Dinner

·            7 PM - Presentation & Q&A
